These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the peso1 platform. By registering an account or accessing any peso1 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use peso1. This is a strict PAGCOR requirement. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Under-age accounts will be permanently suspended and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted exactly one peso1 account, tied to one verified Philippine mobile number and one valid government-issued ID. Duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.
All deposit match bonuses and free spin rewards issued by peso1 carry wagering requirements before the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated at the time of bonus issuance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures applied first.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. peso1 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify peso1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account termination.
peso1 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the name of the verified Account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, payments made using accounts, wallets, or cards registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount on peso1 is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) across all supported payment methods. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven (via CLiQQ), and USDT. Deposit processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your peso1 wallet within approximately 60 seconds under normal conditions.
peso1 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own service charges, for which peso1 accepts no responsibility. All transactions on peso1 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the applicable rate at the time of deposit credit.
Withdrawals from your peso1 Real Money Balance are available to fully KYC-verified Account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals are processed via GCash, Maya, or approved bank transfer in the name of the verified Account holder.
peso1 targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one (1) to four (4) business hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals that significantly exceed a Player's typical transaction pattern may be subject to an additional manual review for security purposes.
Only Real Money Balance that has met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance that has not yet satisfied its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. A withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Balance.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason other than verified prohibited activity or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified withdrawal method within thirty (30) business days, subject to the completion of any required AML checks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso1 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the peso1 Platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity; or (c) any losses arising from events outside peso1's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory enforcement actions.
peso1's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their peso1 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause shall limit peso1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
peso1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering for a peso1 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.
peso1 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
All content on the peso1 Platform — including but not limited to the peso1 brand name, logo, interface design, game artwork, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of peso1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the peso1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any peso1 content without prior written consent from peso1.
peso1 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, peso1 will notify active Account holders via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, unless the change is required for immediate compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the peso1 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the peso1 Platform, you agree to first contact peso1 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR for disputes between licensed operators and players.
Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.
